REPAIR & MAINTENANCE - 'A-TEAM' - From time to time single moms, elderly and others with special needs in the church need help with minor home repairs and small maintenance issues. As a congregation we would like to be able to help, free of charge, and be the hands and feet of Jesus. If you are "handy", have a little extra time to spare occasionally, and want to help others please consider being a part of the "A-Team." You can sign up on the "Get Connected" portion of the bulletin or just call the church office.
FOOD BANK - Look For the Grocery Baskets in the Lobby! Many famillies in our community are struggling to put food on the table. Won't you help? When you come to church, bring a canned good, jar of peanut butter or other non-perishable food item and place it in the grocerybaskets in the lobby. Food donations are given to the Sylvania Area Family Services to distribute to needy families in Sylvania!
GOOD SAMARITAN CENTER- On the 3rd Monday of each month, MRCC participates in serving the homeless at the Good Samaritan Center. With the economy the way it is, there are more and more people to feed. We need casseroles each month!! If you are able to make a casserole or two, please sign up in the lobby...WE PROVIDE THE TIN PANS! The Center is also in need of hygiene items, coats, clothing, furniture, etc. If you have any questions or would like to help serve food or make casseroles, please contact Rosa Baer, 419-882-7519.
